Acceptance
The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Outplanr service, including all content and services provided. The service is provided by "XRD Research and Design, Lda" ("XRD").
The service is provided subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions here described.
Description of Service
The Service includes the Site, the Outplanr platform, tools and other services provided through the service, including all software, data, text, images, sounds, videos, and other content made available. Any new features added to the Service are also subject to these Terms.
We make every effort to make the service available at all times, except for: planned downtime or any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to, acts of nature, acts of government, acts of terror or civil unrest, or technical failures beyond our control. By accepting the terms the user acknowledges any risk in using the service.
Content Ownership
You retain all rights and ownership in your content. XRD does not claim any ownership rights in your content.
However, users agree to grant us a worldwide license to be able to store and manipulate said data in order to provide them with the service.
The user agrees not to store any illegal content on the service.
Privacy and Security
The user agrees that XRD can use the data stored in the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy at http://outplanr.com/privacy.html, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Account Termination
You may terminate the service at any time. Upon request, we will provide you with a compressed file of all the data contained in your account.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service at our sole discretion.
Liability
We cannot be held liable for any system downtime, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if the service was functioning. XRD holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as we see fit.
