We assure total privacy, confidentiality and the security of all the data inserted into each account. We cannot, however, be held liable for acts perpetrated by third parties.
We don't sell or give away any of our users personal information to third party services and organizations. However, if mandated by court to disclose this information we will have to abide.
We contact our users regularly about updates to our service. Users may opt-out of receiving updates by sending a message to the app’s support email address. with the subject "Unsubscribe". Users may opt to change the information we hold of them or ask us to eliminate it by sending an e-mail to the app’s support email address.
Automatic Information Collection
We collect information from users automatically, like IP addresses, platform and browser type, etc. We use this information to improve the service for our users and make it easier to use. We collect this information in bulk and can never identify anyone personally.
Information collected through the service is stored online. Our servers are located in a secure data centre with several levels of physical and technological security. We make every effort to protect our users' information. All the information sent to our servers is sent encrypted and sensible data is further encrypted on our servers.
Outplanr GDPR Compliance
Outplanr follows the Privacy by Design strategy. We collect the data that is essential to communicate with our users and access the app. The only data that we request to be real is a working email address. This is only used for transitional communication, not transmitted to any third parties besides the ones necessary for the app to work properly (payment processor, emailer). Subscription to our newsletter is opt-in only, at the settings menu.
Account Administrators can cancel their accounts at any time from within the app. Cancellation will be effective in 48 hours, and all data will be deleted 90 days after the cancellation date by default. Users can ask for their data to be deleted in 48 hours by sending an email to the app’s support email address.
Outplanr proactively looks into protecting all data stored within the app. Outplanr does not store any credit card details (as this is handled by a third party payment provider - Stripe). The account’s data is stored following the best practices, in individual databases. We plan to include the option of encrypting all account data in the near future.
